IdolLoop Co., Ltd. (hereinafter 'Company') considers the security of our users' personal and chart data as the highest priority and processes personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act as follows.

1. Items and Purpose of Personal Information Collected

The Company collects only the minimum information necessary to derive precise Saju charts and provide customized fortunes (Wealth, Career, Compatibility, New Year, Daily).

• Account Info: Email, nickname (User identification and account linking)
• Basic Saju Data: Date of birth, gender, time of birth (Purpose of calculating Four Pillars and Daewun based on Saju algorithms)
• Device & Payment Info: OS version, payment records (Purpose of app error analysis and premium service refund processing)

2. Retention and Use Period of Personal Information

In principle, when a user requests 'Membership Withdrawal' or executes 'Data Reset' within the app, the collected Saju data is immediately destroyed from the cloud server. However, in accordance with the E-commerce Act, records regarding payments and settlements are safely stored separately for 5 years.

3. Prohibition of Provision to Third Parties

The Company absolutely does not provide or sell personal chart data like birth date/time or fortune report results to external organizations, marketing firms, or others without the explicit consent of the user.

4. Destruction Procedure

When a user clicks withdraw in profile settings, their birth date/time and analysis report cache are permanently deleted from the database in an unrecoverable manner.
