IdolLoop Co., Ltd. (the "Company") treats the security of your personal information and chart data as its highest priority, and handles personal information under the Korean Personal Information Protection Act as follows.
1. Information We Collect and Why
The Company collects only the minimum information needed to calculate your Saju chart accurately and to provide personal readings (wealth, career, compatibility, year ahead, daily).
Account information: email and nickname (to identify you and link your account)
Basic birth data: date of birth, gender and time of birth (to calculate your Four Pillars and 10-year luck cycles)
Device and payment information: OS version and payment records (to analyze app errors and process refunds for paid services)
2. How Long We Keep It
When you delete your account or run "Reset data" in the app, the birth data we collected is deleted from our cloud server immediately. Payment and settlement records, however, are kept separately and securely for 5 years, as required by the Korean E-Commerce Act.
3. No Sharing with Third Parties
The Company never provides or sells your personal chart data (such as your date and time of birth) or your reading results to outside organizations, marketing companies or anyone else without your explicit consent.
4. How We Delete It
When you delete your account in profile settings, your date and time of birth and any cached reports are permanently deleted from our database and cannot be recovered.
