Article 1 (Purpose)
The purpose of these terms is to define the conditions, payment and refund procedures, and the rights and obligations of IdolLoop Co., Ltd. (hereinafter 'Company') and the user regarding the authentic Saju-based fortune analysis, Daewun tracking, and digital amulet services provided by Heartloop.
Article 2 (Contents of Digital Content Services Provided)
Based on the birth date and time data entered by the user, the Company provides the following authentic Saju (Four Pillars of Destiny) digital reports, either free or paid:
Lifetime Saju: Analysis of innate temperament (Day Master), pattern, 12 Growth Stages, and lifetime Daewun (10-year cycle) trajectory.
Wealth Fortune & Portfolio: Investment tendency analysis, Ruin Wealth warning, and seed money management strategies based on Saju elements.
Career & Aptitude: Recommendation of optimal career groups and achievement luck analysis based on Ten Gods.
Compatibility: Precise compatibility analyzing the synergy of Yin-Yang and clash/combo dynamics between two charts.
New Year Fortune: Yearly fortune interactions, monthly biorhythms, and luck-boosting methods for specific years.
Daily Fortune: Daily good/bad luck and behavioral guidelines contrasting the daily pillar with the user's chart.
Dream Analysis: Personalized dream interpretation combining the Saju chart (Yongshin) with the user's dream keywords.
Each report above is sold as a separate, individual purchase — there is no bundled subscription or all-access pass. Completing payment for one item unlocks only that item's deep analysis results and does not affect any other report.
Article 3 (Payment and Use of Paid Services)
Users can purchase each individual deep report listed above, item by item, through the PG (Payment Gateway) or In-App Purchase provided within the app. Each payment is valid only for that specific item and does not automatically unlock any other report.
All payment amounts include Value Added Tax (VAT).
Article 4 (Cancellation, Exchange, and Refund Policy) - *Crucial for PG*
The services provided by the Company are digital contents under the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc.
[Reasons for Non-Cancellation] Our paid services (individual, per-item reports) instantly unlock and provide that item's deep analysis results (digital content) to the user's device upon payment completion. Therefore, if the content has been viewed or the service has commenced after payment, cancellation (refund) or exchange due to a simple change of mind is strictly prohibited in principle.
[Reasons for Cancellation] However, full refunds can be requested within 7 days of the payment date ONLY if the content was not provided due to system errors, or if it is electronically proven that the user has not viewed the content at all.
Refund requests must be submitted via the customer center email (eddrock.usa@gmail.com) or phone (+82-10-7152-3059). The Company will review and process the request within 3 business days.
If a minor makes a payment without the consent of a legal representative, the payment can be canceled. However, if the minor deceives the Company into believing they are an adult, cancellation is restricted.
Article 5 (Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer) - *Essential Disclaimer*
All Saju, fortune, compatibility, wealth, and dream analysis reports provided by the Company are 'cultural/entertainment reference materials' based on Eastern philosophy and statistical Saju theories.
The Company does not guarantee or warrant that the analysis results accurately predict the user's future 100%.
Users must not blindly trust the analysis results (e.g., wealth luck, investment scenarios) to make critical decisions like actual financial investments, contracts, or marriage. The Company bears no legal responsibility for any economic or psychological damages arising from the user's independent judgments.
Article 6 (Jurisdiction)
Any disputes arising from these terms or service usage shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and the competent court shall be the court having jurisdiction over the Company's headquarters.
