Article 1 (Purpose)
These terms set out the conditions of use, the payment and refund procedures, and the rights and obligations of IdolLoop Co., Ltd. (the "Company") and its users for Heartloop's services: traditional Korean Saju (Four Pillars) fortune readings, 10-year luck cycle (Daewun) readings, and digital amulets.
Article 2 (Digital Content Provided)
Based on the date and time of birth you enter, the Company provides the following Saju reports, free or paid:
Lifetime reading: your innate temperament (Day Master), the structure of your chart, the twelve life stages, and your 10-year luck cycles across your life.
Wealth: your investment tendencies, warnings about periods of heavy financial loss, and money-management tips based on your Five Elements.
Career & aptitude: suitable career fields and the timing of success, based on the Ten Gods.
Compatibility: how two charts support or clash with each other (combinations, clashes and punishments) and how their energies balance.
Year ahead: how the coming year affects your chart, the month-by-month flow, and ways to improve your luck.
Daily fortune: the day's good and bad luck with practical tips, comparing the energy of the day with your chart.
Dream reading: a personal dream interpretation that combines your chart (Day Master and helpful element) with the keywords of your dream.
Each report above is sold as a separate purchase — there is no bundled subscription or all-access pass. Paying for one report unlocks only that report's in-depth results and does not affect any other report.
Article 3 (Payment and Paid Services)
You can buy each in-depth report listed above individually, through the payment provider or the in-app purchase offered in the app. Each payment applies only to that report and does not unlock any other report.
All prices include value added tax (VAT).
Article 4 (Cancellation, Exchange and Refunds)
The Company's services are digital content under the Korean Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce.
[When a refund is not available] A paid report is unlocked and delivered to your device and account as soon as payment is complete. Once you have opened the content, or the service has started, cancellations, refunds and exchanges for a simple change of mind are generally not available (Article 17(2)(5) of the Act).
[When a refund is available] You may request a full refund within 7 days of payment if the content was not delivered because of a system error, or if our records show that you have not opened the content at all.
Send refund requests to our customer support email (eddrock.usa@gmail.com) or phone (+82-10-7152-3059). The Company will review and process each request within 3 business days.
If a minor pays without the consent of a legal guardian, the minor or the guardian may cancel the payment. This does not apply if the minor led the Company to believe that they were an adult or had the guardian's consent.
Article 5 (Limitation of Liability)
All Saju, fortune, compatibility, wealth and dream reports provided by the Company are cultural and entertainment reference material based on Eastern philosophy and traditional Saju theory.
The Company does not promise or guarantee that the results will predict your future with 100% accuracy.
Do not rely on the results alone (for example, wealth or investment readings) to make important decisions such as real financial investments, contracts or marriage. The Company bears no legal responsibility for financial loss or emotional harm resulting from your own decisions.
Article 6 (Jurisdiction)
Any dispute arising from these terms or the use of the service is governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and the court with jurisdiction over the Company's head office will be the competent court.
