Before you open a reading — 100% refund

If the paid reading has not been generated or opened, you can cancel within 7 days of payment for a full refund, no questions asked.

After you open a reading — change-of-mind refunds are limited

Before paying, you can see your chart, Five Elements and a short diagnosis for free. Once a paid reading has been generated and shown to you, the digital content has been delivered, so refunds for a simple change of mind are limited under Korean consumer law (Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, Art. 17(2)).

Errors and double charges — immediate 100% refund

If a network or system error stopped the reading from being created after you paid, or you were charged twice for the same reading, we refund the full amount immediately, opened or not.

How to request a refund

Email eddrock.usa@gmail.com with the email or phone number used at payment, the date and the reading you bought, and the reason. We review within 3 business days and cancel the charge through Stripe.
